Product as described. It does not come with a gift softener or cleaner like in other products, but with only water it does its function well. A constant steam comes out and makes a little noise when it comes out. The cat has quickly gotten used to it. Takes out hair and gets most of it stuck on the brush by the moisture issue, but don't think you take out as much hair as seen in the ad. That cat must have been left without A comb it for A few years🤣🤣

Delivery arrived 6 days late. The box was crumpled.
